Gravity Casting System
The automotive turbocharging device casts molten aluminum at low pressure. It is an aluminum pouring fixture; the scoop and the alloy are positioned in a 90-degree posture, with no contct at rest. The robot accurately scoops from the aluminum pool every time, and then pours into the mold according to the program requirement.
